These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Celestia Enterprise platform (website and mobile application) and the purchase of products through it. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Celestia Enterprise website and mobile application.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Celestia Enterprise (Proprietorship), a sole proprietorship based in West Bengal.
• "User", "You", "Your" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Products" refers to the ethnic wear and related goods listed for sale on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Product Information & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• MRP (Maximum Retail Price) is displayed where applicable, per Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
• We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing, but do not guarantee error-free listings.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

5. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• A down payment is required at checkout (minimum percentage as displayed; may vary per customer based on trust level).
• Payment methods accepted: Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking), bank transfer, and cash (subject to credit approval).
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment verification.
• We reserve the right to reject orders where the total outstanding exceeds the user's credit limit.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Celestia Enterprise and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celestia Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
