Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Timeline
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation (after receipt of required down payment).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons (festivals, sales), dispatch may take up to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above INR 999.
- Orders below INR 999: flat shipping charge of INR 75 (within West Bengal) and INR 99 (rest of India).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: additional INR 50 handling fee.
4. Courier Partners
We ship via India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other reputed courier services. Tracking information is shared via SMS/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Issues
- If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the courier partner.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will either reship the order or provide a full refund.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. After 2 failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
